Our Story
Angela Logan of Teaneck, NJ, inspired the nation and the world, when during the mortgage crisis; she set a goal to sell 100 apple cakes in ten days to save her home of 20 years from foreclosure. She baked 42 cakes in her home and sold them at $40 each, when her story went global: CBS, Fox, Today Show, CNN, MSNBC, Huffington Post, Montel Williams, Wendy Williams, Cake Boss, ABC’s More Magazine Reinvention Special; as well as many national magazines; thus saving her home from foreclosure.
Today, Mortgage Apple Cakes is a successful business delivering cakes, smiles,
and a movie to satisfied customers across the nation.

In 2014, a motion picture was released based on Angela's story, starring award-winning actress, Kimberly Elise. The movie is currently streaming on PureFlix and broadcast on various cable networks.
